Refunds
I do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Returns
As stated before, all sales are final. If you feel that your pin is not up to the grade you ordered then you may contact me. When you purchase a B, C, or second grade pin you are accepting the risk of not having a Standard Pin. These pins are discounted for a reason.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please use the contact form, DM, or email byahcontact@gmail.com
Shipping
I do my best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days. If there is a delay, I make updates regularly on my Instagram story page.
FREE SHIPPING is available for DOMESIC orders over $70, use the code SHIP70, and INTERNATIONAL orders for $120+, use the code SHIP120
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class which includes domestic tracking and limited international tracking.
Package Protection option is offered for $1 which compensates any order up to $100. If you chose not to add this to your order, I am not liable for lost mail once it is shipped.
If your package is missing, contact USPS. There is nothing i can do if your package is missing, it is completely out of my hands once the package is dropped off at the post office. Contact your local post office, they should be able to give you a GPS route with your package. Check with your neighbors, its common for packages to skip a house.
Byah Pin will not refund or send replacements free of charge for lost items due to postal carriers unless you have package protection.
Customs
Byah Pin is not responsible for your country's customs. When you are purchasing a product from this shop, you are also paying for customs.
If a package is returned to me due to customs then I will refund you the pin price minus the shipping cost.
Wrong Address!
If you've entered the wrong physical address, its okay! Fill out this form ASAP and I will fix it. If I have already shipped your order, its impossible for me to change the situation.
Combining Orders
You can combine orders place on the same day. Use the code COMBINE to automatically waive excess shipping fees and combine the a previous order that has NOT been shipped yet. This only applies if the previous order has paid for full shipping and is under the same name and address.
Obviously if I have already sent off one of the packages, I wont be able to combine the shipping. So message me as soon as possible.

Ordering Preorders with Instocks
You can order preorders with instocks however you will receive your order when the preorder pin is ready to be shipped out.
If you don't want to wait to receive your instock pin, then you will need to make two separate orders or purchase the extra shipping under the Convivence Store section.
Products
Some products are inspired by various media and are not officially licensed products by that company.
Quantity Control
Customers may purchase up to 1x variant of a pin. If there are multiple variants, you may purchase one of each variant but not 2.
Ex: Pin A has a gold and BN variant. You may purchase 1x Gold and 1x BN but NOT 2x Gold.
If you are a drop buddy, please contact me before the drop so I can have it on file that you are purchasing for two people. Please do not abuse the drop buddy system.
Reselling
I obviously cannot control what you do once you receive your pin, however i do request that you do not resell a Byah Pin pin for more than it's purchase price + shipping + convenience fees (like paypal or mercari fees)
Trades
Only trade pins that you have received. Do not trade a preorder.
Patreon
Do not share Patreon passwords with anyone. You may trade or sell patreon pins, the same rules apply.
Collecting Personal Information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Upon Purchasing from Byah Pin, you have agree to all the Terms and Conditions in the Policies.
